Burlington Market Update - February 2023
Burlington Market Stats for February are in – And it looks like good news!
Prices of homes have started to increase in the last couple of months, for most types, as well as the number of homes sold and listed. Looks like buyers and sellers may be adjusting to the new market and the interest rates. Prices are still down a bit over last year, and but that just means sellers may be selling for less (opportunity for buyers) but they will also be buying for less (opportunity for move up buyers). And it looks like condos are holding their own when it comes to prices this month, which may mean good opportunity for move up buyers going from condos to the next step in their home ownership journey!
So, despite the current weather today, it looks like the Spring real estate market is on the way!
